1) Order ships from: United States
We are a China-based e-commerce company that partners with certified local fulfillment centers in the United States for warehousing and shipping. Your orders are stored and dispatched locally from within the U.S. to ensure faster delivery.
2) Shipping Destinations (Where We Ship)
We currently ship only within the United States to 47 states.
We do NOT ship to: Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), Puerto Rico (PR), and other U.S. territories (such as Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.).
We do not ship internationally at this time.
3) Order Processing Time (Shipping Out)
Processing time: Orders are shipped 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Business days: Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

6) Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, changes may not be possible.

We offer 30-day free returns for eligible orders.
The 30 days are calendar days, counted from the date you receive the package.
