2) Do NOT Ship Back Without Approval (Return Address Rule)

 

Please do not mail any product back without contacting us and receiving written approval.

Return/handling addresses may vary by case. If you send a package to an incorrect address (including the address shown on the shipping label/original sender address), we may not be able to receive it and we are not responsible for loss.

 

After you submit a request, we will email you:

Return instructions (if a return is required)

The correct return address (if applicable)

Any label details (if applicable)

 

3) Return Window (Time Limit)

 

You must submit your return/refund/exchange request within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

 

4) What to Do to Start a Return / Exchange / Refund

Order number

Customer name + email/phone used at checkout

Reason for request

Photos/video evidence (required for damaged/defective/wrong item claims), including:

The item(s)

Packaging

Shipping label (if available)

We will review and reply with next steps.

 

5) Eligible Situations (When We Can Help)

 

We typically support one of the following resolutions—refund, replacement (re-ship), or exchange—for these cases:

You received the wrong item

The item arrived damaged

The item is defective (problem existed when shipped)

The package is confirmed lost in transit (based on tracking and/or investigation)

Other cases approved by our support team

 

In many cases, we may resolve the issue with a refund or replacement without requiring a physical return, to speed up service.

 

6) Return Conditions (If a Return Is Required)

 

If we approve a return, the item must generally be returned:

In unused condition (unless the return is due to defect/damage)

With original packaging/accessories where possible

 

7) Return Shipping Costs & Fees (Who Pays)

 

Restocking / Return Handling Fees

No restocking fee.

We do not charge a return handling fee.

Who Pays Return Shipping

We cover the cost — you pay nothing.

Note: Because we ship only within the U.S. eligible states (excluding HI/AK/PR and U.S. territories), return solutions are provided only for eligible shipped orders.

 

8) Exchanges / Replacements

 

If approved, we may offer:

A replacement shipment (re-ship), or

An exchange, or

Another solution agreed with you (e.g., partial refund)

 

9) Refund Timing (48 Hours)

 

Once your refund is approved:

We will process the refund within 48 hours.

If a return is required, the refund is processed within 48 hours after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please note that banks/payment providers may take additional time to post the funds.

 

10) Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

 

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is delivered to the address provided, it is considered fulfilled. If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately—changes may not be possible after shipment.
